But the problem is that rainfall hasn’t been distributed equally across the state. It’s been concentrated in a handful of areas — like Dallas, where it alone. That, predictably, has wrecked havoc on the area’s infrastructure, and on Sunday, a group of citizens living near the Lake Lewisville Golf Course used a drone to display the extent of the damage. ,
