Mixed martial arts (MMA), is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, and is the fastest growing sport in the world.
Our MMA training techniques draw on a honed version of Tai Jutsu (itself fusing Muay Tai and Ju Jitsu for street-based combat), creating a proven and effective technique for the arena.
Classes are demanding and fun, they will improve your fitness, strength and stamina dramatically. All ages (16+), sex and size are welcome. No politics, no ego’s… no time!
