What classes should I attend?

3-4 year olds – This is our “Tough & Tiny” program, children in this age group should attend any two of the yellow classes on the schedule.

5-7 year olds – This is out “Fit & Fearless” age group”, children in this class should attend 2 classes on Monday – Thursday.  Fridays we do a Weapons program, and Saturday a Kickboxing program.  These classes are generally reserved for those on a unlimited membership as they are separate from our regular curriculum.

8-14 year olds - This is out “Jr MMA” age group”, children in this class should attend 2 classes on Monday – Thursday.  Fridays we do a Weapons program, and Saturday a Kickboxing program.  These classes are generally reserved for those on a unlimited membership as they are separate from our regular curriculum.  This age group is split into two age groups on Monday, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Teens and Adults – All of the blue classes are open to you.  If you are new we generally recommend starting in the “Fighter Fit Kickboxing” and the “Fitness & Self-Defence” classes.  The first is strength & conditioning with basic kickboxing hitting pads only.  The second shares a strong fitness component but is a little more hands on in that you will also learn defence, some takedowns, escapes, restraints, etc.  The “Sport Fundamentals” class gets into more wrestling and submission grappling material.
