Our grappling and striking classes are more than just ways to improve your self defense skills, but also are a fun way to get in better shape. In addition to our standard martial arts programs we have a weightlifting area, will be adding a sauna and cold tub, and offer a fitness-focused experience in the form of our Ultimate Fitness and Cardio Kick Boxing classes. The Ultimate Fitness program, lead by professional mixed martial artists Dan and Jim Miller, uses the skills and techniques honed over a career as one of the world’s premier mixed martial artists to provide students with a cardiovascular workout which will see you toning up and shedding inches in a hurry. If you’re looking to transform your body with a workout that’s both fun and effective, you can’t beat our Ultimate Fitness program. Forinformation on private classes with Jim, click . In our Cardio Kick Boxing classes, Dan leads students through a 45-minute program which focuses on both kicks and punches to deliver a cardio workout to help you trim down and improve your overall health. Located directly opposite our Little Spartans program, this is an ideal class for parents who wish to train while the children do, as well anyone looking to learn self-defense while improving your health. Enrollment in our Fitness Membership allows for unlimited classes in both the Ultimate Fitness and Cardio Kick Boxing programs, with sessions meeting six days a week.
