All of my regimens are based on a simple principle, that being “We are what we eat.” It’s a phrase we hear all the time but rarely follow. I have tried and failed with countless exercise programs and diets. I base my principles of training on my cumulative knowledge of what works and what does not, and deliver my clients a customised training program that is second to none.
