First, I would like to tell you about our mission:
Our mission is to develop a new life style while teaching Martial Arts in a safe and comfortable environment.
Our programs are based on the most effective and exciting styles of martial arts. We offer training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, Wrestling, Judo, Sombo, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Women Self Defense, Kids Martial arts and After School program.
We are specialized in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) or Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is grappling art that was popularized in America by the legendary Gracie family after the stunning performance presented by Royce Gracie on the first 4 Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC) shows.
This training system known as “The Gentle Art” concentrates on controlling your opponents by using angles, leverage, and superior body positioning, in a way that you can control your opponent without having to hurt him with punches and kicks. For this reason, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is nowadays the most used martial art in law enforcement.
Our BJJ system provides tools where a small person can have an advantage over a much larger opponent. That is why this system is well known as the most effective martial art in the world.
We also offer Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is the national sport of Thailand. It was originally developed as defense against enemy nations and has since become popular for being simple and extremely effective. Muay Thai is the standup training most used by Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitors worldwide. Training in Muay Thai will develop students both physically and mentally. Unlike kickboxing, Muay Thai makes use of all the body’s weapons including punches, elbows, knees and kicks. Techniques taught (offensive and defensive) are learned quickly and are able to be used in a short amount of time.
Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program is the combinations of Brazilian Jiu jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai and No Gi grappling.
Our BJJ and Muay Thai programs are recommend for anyone who is looking for:
