NEW VENUE FOR 2014 and beyond! See Link  We are a Kickboxing / MMA class that meet up every Thursday at 6.30pm at PRIME MMA in High Street North ,Dunstable.  Rapid Combat is a form of mixed martial arts (MMA) enabling you to learn new skills as well as keeping fit !

We welcome all fitness levels .Over 18s only.

A basic lesson consists of pad work, bag work, sparring and other fitness regimes. The cost for a full 1.5 hour session is £6.00 payable to the trainer at the end of each session. No contracts just come and go whenever you wish. First Lesson Free!

No specialist equipment is required all will be supplied in the first instance but as you progress you will be required to buy a pair of boxing/sparing  gloves and a gum shield, both of which you can purchase from any local sports store. You are welcome to come and watch and meet the class if you prefer at first so please do not hesitate to come and check us out, we will all make you feel welcome!!
