This year Sam Masino was voted 2016 Best Personal Trainer (Bronze) by Madison Magazine. Last year Ford’s Gym was voted 2015 Best Fitness Center (Gold) and Sam Masino was voted 2015 Best Personal Trainer (Silver) by Madison Magazine. Also, was voted 2016 Best Martial Arts Studio (SIlver) and 2015 Best Martial Arts Studio (Gold).

Ford’s Gym gained national attention in the May 2008 issue of Men’s Fitness when they published an article about Old-School Gyms written by Chris Conley.

If you’re ready for something different we offer classes. You can take the classes for fun, to challenge yourself, or to get more serious in the sport if you decide to. Either way we have a wonderful new facility to train in.
We also offer computerized body composition analysis along with . Whether you need help getting started, want faster results, or want a change-up from your regular routine, we can help you.
