If you are interested in training at Flow feel free to stop by and watch or participate in a class at any time. We offer a free introductory class to prospective members. Visiting from another school and wish to train for the day? Come on in; our mat fee is $25 for weekday training and $20 for Saturday morning or Sunday evening open mat.
