Muay Thai Kickboxing (or Thai Boxing) is referred to as “The Art of Eight Limbs,” as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this martial art. A practitioner of Muay Thai thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight “points of contact,” as opposed to “two points” in boxing and “four points” used in the primarily sport-oriented forms of martial arts such as Tai Kwon Do and Karate, making it extremely effective.

We have kids as young as 14 years old, women in their 50s, and athletic young men training in our Kickboxing classes! Regardless of your age or experience, this is truly a great class. Our kickboxing style of is a mix of Muay Thai, boxing, and kickboxing, adapted to suit either Kickboxing or Mixed Martial Arts. We have programs for both beginners and intermediate strikers who is looking to expand their knowledge and can be used for MMA, fitness, kickboxing competition or self-defense.
