  I must say it has been a little while since my last post and a lot of thing s have happned that I’d like to comment about. I know it is old news but I am still amazed at the great victory of Randy Couture over Gonzaga. Randy “The Natural” Couture has always been my favorite MMA fighter since he is the most down to earth guy in the UFC and I know it is not the easiest thing to get prepared for a hardcore matchup like that at the age he is. Randy you are a true champ and rightfully earned a spot in the hall of fame. What is going on with Mirko Crocop and Chuck Liddel? Both are exceptional fighters and have taken the hard path a fighter has to go alone after two loses and pull himself back out. Mentally it is the hardest thing a fighter faces. I hope to see both back victorious soon and I wish both of them the best; UFC just would not be the same without them. Mark Cuban in the MMA world? At first I was excited and was thinking finally some movement against the monopoly UFC (nothingagainst them, just liked the UFC and Pride times). Than reality settled in and I noticed the fight card. I expected a bit more for the first event and can’t really understand why they had no star line up for the fight. I decided to go anyway and see what the show was going to be like. It was quite a nice show and some of the fights were really nice. Some of the fighters were really out of shape and one of the referees needs to get his eyes checked. He almost caused a fighter to egt seriously injured due to the late stoppage. Other than that it left me with a good impression and things to come should get better from here.
