He specializes in developing comprehensive health and conditioning programs for people with special needs ranging from sports conditioning and strength to weight loss to post-rehabilitation. Her passion is helping others discover the strength in their body. She believes that anyone can achieve their fitness goals with the right instruction and knowledgeable oversight. He has also spent over 12 years coaching at the high school level. Kevin’s enthusiasm and energetic personality enable him to motivate his clients to achieve their maximum fitness potential, improve their self-esteem and quality oflife. Kevin has worked with a wide range of clients designing sports specific training for athletes, general conditioning programs, weight loss programs and strength specific training programs for seniors. He enjoys hiking, being at the river, and playing sports. Dakota’s clients enjoy his attention to detail and ability to coach each client at the level she or he needs in order to reach their goals. “The reason I got into personal training is that, after a car accident, I went through some tough personal struggles trying to rehabilitate from my injuries. I realized I wanted to help people get through their own challenges. I really enjoy helping people become the best versions of themselves that they can be.” ReneeHerrenkohl BA Kinesiology and Health Studies NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Allied Health Instructor Certified Medical Assistant CPR, AED & First Aid CertifiedRenee has over 9 years experience working with patients/clients in a clinical setting and is a medical/health educator. She graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Health Studies from USF. Her notable work experience has been with physicians from a weight management clinic and their research trials in weight management, exercise physiology and biomechanics. She is continuing her education further at the moment to attain a Masters degree. Aside from working in the field, she loves to hike, run, play a multitude of sports and go to Giants’ baseball games. Justin Richards NASM: Personal Trainer, and Corrective Exercise Red cross CPR, First Aid , AED certification. Japanese Jiu-Jitsu instructor, rank 3rd degree Brown belt. Justin’s passion for health and exercise has motivated him in to becoming the bestpersonal trainer he can be. He is currently working his way towards his masters in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Fitness has been a regular routine for Justin since he was young, where he began his continuing martial arts career. Since then Justin has advanced in jiu-jitsu and actively participated in MMA. It was only a short time after he recovered from a serious back injury that he realized he wanted to help people achieve their fitness goals and do so with the appropriate form and fitness program specific to each individual’s needs. Justin’s fitness philosophy goes far past physical endurance, he believes the most important step towards a healthy life starts from within the mind and body. On his free time Justin likes to travel, be outdoors, go to the river with his dogs, and catch up on his zzz’s. Nick Gordon ACE Certified Personal Trainer CPR/AED Certified Nick is new to training, but has been deeply into fitness for about 5 years. He wanted tobecome a personal trainer because he has a passion for fitness and exercise. He thoroughly enjoys helping others during their fitness journeys. He believes that exercise is the key to a long, healthy life and strive to help others enjoy it as much as he does. His goal is to continue through school and receive a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine to become an Athletic Trainer. At the same time he still wants to continue training clients and getting them closer to achieving their goals. Fitness has been his #1 hobby for some years now, but he also enjoys playing sports with friends, watching UFC fights, cooking, producing music, and laughing with those closest to him. Andreas Zeischegg NASM Certified Fitness Trainer CPR/AED Certified Certified Massage Therapist “D” License Soccer Coach Reflexologist Andreas is a NASM certified personal trainer. His fitness background comes from competitive soccer as well as skateboarding and snowboarding. His focus is balance and core stability thattranslates into functional movements. He chose this field, because there is a high demand for proper body mechanics with the athletes whom he coaches. Outside of SYC he coaches youth soccer within the community working with many different age groups. Andreas is involved in the health care field as a body worker, specializing in Reflexology. The majority of the clients in his Chiropractic office have a lack of mobility, which has encouraged him to gain a better understanding of why the body works and how to address corrective issues. While watching those he has helped over time, it has forced him to strive for a healthy lifestyle and to take better care of himself. He enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding, rock climbing, and dancing in his spare time.
