Matt Padua



Certified Personal Trainer & Cardio Boxing Instructor

Matt is a personal trainer, MSP coach,  group fitness and cardio boxing instructor at Enhance Fitness Studio.  Function is Matt Padua’s first priority when it comes to fitness. Matt’s training style evolved from his prior experience as a MMA competitor where explosive body-weight training dominates and as a youth baseball coach where injury prevention is both the coach’s and parent’s primary concern.

Matt’s Accomplishments/Certifications

  • Kickboxing – art of combat striking with hands and feet (studied 2006 – 2009)
  • Jiu-Jitsu – self defense, grappling, and ground fighting (studied 2006 – 2009)
  • Eskirma – Filipnio stick fighting (studied 2005)
  • Mixed Martial Arts (mma) – mix or a variety of fighting styles blended together (2005 – 2010)
  • TRX Suspension – Improve core strength, stability, and mobility (2010)
