Day Two: Basic Women’s Self Defense Training Class

Day Two covers defense against a single unarmed assailant.

We apply the knowledge of predator typologies into fighting strategies and tactics to include vocalization, assertiveness, boundary setting, verbal negotiation, identification of predator weaknesses.

We show our students how to use weaknesses and strengths for option selection and application, self-evaluation, realistic physical skill development during realistic full-force rape defense scenarios.

Only when using all the senses will education and training result in lasting attitude changes.

Our Basic Self Defense Course May Be Separated into Five Workshops

Female self-defense instructor coach students during each fighting scenario.

1. Introductory Class—Rear Attack Part One: 4 hours

  • Four General Options
  • Fights Against Padded Attacker (The Introductory Self Defense Workshop is a prerequisite for any of the subsequent workshops.)

2. Rear Attack Part Two: 4 hours

  • Emotional & Physical Problem
  • Types of Violence & Fighting
  • Criminal Mentality
  • Origins of Predator Motivations
  • Full Force Fights Against Padded Assailant Attacking From Behind

3 & 4. Ground Reversal Parts 1 & 2: 4 hours each
