We start all of our classes with proper stretching and warm-up techniques for the safety and fitness of our students. Through a combination of circuit training, technical drills, striking drills, as well as take-down and submission drills we strive to develop our students physical fitness while preparing them for competition or self defense. Students are grouped by training level and given instruction that fits their ultimate goals.
Immediately following our regular classes is Sparring. Supervised by Professional Muay Thai Instructors, this is the opportunity for our more advanced students to put their training and skills to the test. Students are encouraged to practice what they’ve learned with various partners of different sizes and levels. Stand Up matches are arranged to develop our students abilities in all areas of physical combat.
