The event, which takes place June 6 at Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, features a pair of early preliminary-card bouts on UFC Fight Pass before the remaining prelims and the six-bout main card shift to FOX Sports 1. As recently announced, middleweights Dan Henderson (30-13 MMA, 7-7 UFC) and Tim Boetsch (18-8 MMA, 9-7 UFC) meet in a five-round main event. Light-heavyweight contenders Ryan Bader and Daniel Cormier were originally scheduled for the main event, but when Jon Jones was due to his role in an alleged hit-and-run, “DC” was moved to a vacant title bout against Anthony Johnson on Saturday at UFC 187. Bader was then pulled from the card and now awaits a new assignment. In UFC Fight Night 68’s co-headliner, heavyweights clash when Matt Mitrione (9-3 MMA, 9-3 UFC) takes on Ben Rothwell (34-9 MMA, 4-3 UFC).
