The Thai Boxing Authority (TBA) held it’s sixth annual Muay Thai Classic amateur event this past weekend in Des Moines, Iowa.

Over a hundred female fighters from across the USA and Canada duke it out in over a dozen divisions; some as young as 10.

Champions were crowned in three days worth of tournaments in three rings. These fighters represent the future of Muay Thai.

Here are the results in the championship rounds:

• Class B Flyweight 105 and Under – Gianna Smith (Five Points Academy) def. Bi Nguyen (4oz Fight Club)
• Class B Bantamweight 105.1-115 – Jaana Hein (Krudar Muay Thai) def. Melissa Karagianis (Toronto Kickboxing & Muay Thai)
• Class B Featherweight 115.1-125 – Krista Olson (The Cellar Fight & Fitness) def. Wendy Julian (Art of Eight Muay Thai)
• Girls Jr Girls Bantamweight 105.1-115, Age 15-16 – Isabelle Lacroix (MAS Academy of Martial Arts) def. Rebecca Daigle (Mick Doyle’s Kickboxing)
• Girls Bantamweight 105.1-115, Age 12-13 – Savannah Foden (Redemption Muay Thai) def. Amenzee Omozuwa (Krudar Muay Thai)
• Girls Jr Cruiserweight 85.1-95, Age 11-13 – Jaz Sidhu (Evolution MAFA) def. Seanna Roland (Sitan Gym – AZ)
