Why Join MMAA Learn self defense, build self-confidence, increase fitness.  No contracts. Tae Kwon Do MMAA instructs in traditional Tae Kwon Do. Our TKD jr. program is for ages 5-12 and adult classes for ages 13 and up. Combat Hapkido Learn practical self defense with this modern system. MMAA is a certified Combat Hapkido school. Kickboxing MMAA teaches kickboxing as a self-defense. Learn clinches and elbow and knee strikes in addition to traditional strikes and kicks.
