We’re home to Scotland’s 2 premier fight teams – the Dinky Ninja Fight Team and Caledonian Muay Thai.  Our instructors all have a grounding in the competitive side of their sports allied to their commitment to sports science development.   is the only gym in Scotland with two BJJ Black Belt coaches.  Training at the Griphouse means you’ll be learning alongside Scottish, European and World Champions. If you are injured, in pain and have reduced function, we are able to help you on the road to recovery by providing treatment programmes that will relieve your current pain as well as diagnose and eliminate the root cause of the problem. At Physio Effect our highly skilled staff combine current best practices with a hands on treatment approach. Additional conditioning and rehabilitation in the form of home exercises, gym based exercise and clinical pilates are often used to progress our clients towards a full and unrestricted recovery. Physio Effect currently operates from 2 separate gympremises close to Glasgow city centre. Both are within easy walking distance from the Underground rail.
