She found a passion for fitness and exercise as well as empowering people to reach their full potential and to dream big. After participating in the second Get Fit Seymour 2015, she made it her goal to become a coach. Get Fit Seymour was a game changer for me, physically and emotionally. Spring says, "I am honored to be a part of the coaching staff and look forwardto sharing your journey with you." ______ Cynthia Green is excited about her third year being a Get Fit Challenger! Get Fit has made a huge impact on her life and weigh loss challenge. She says, "While I am still in the process of losing weight, I have learned so much about nutrition and what type of exercise I like (and don’t like!) to help me on my journey. I also “drank the Kool-Aid” and have supported Get Fit in a variety of ways by being an Assistant Coach, on the Administration Committee and the Historian. Through Get Fit, I have made many new friends to help support me and to laugh with me through all my ups and downs!" More at FormAndFeeling.com Amy Gattis and Jason Gattis – Team AGame Trainer Amy Gattis earned her Group Fitness Certification and leads a hi-lo impact class at Seymour United Methodist Church where her husband is a pastor. She has a passion for health & fitness that began in high school, when she attended her first Step Aerobics class.  Since then she has consistently been involved in some type of exercise, including running the Atlanta Marathon and the Rock n' Roll Nashville Marathon.   She is looking forward to challenging, encouraging, and motivating others, and teaching them that living fit is simply daily making the healthiest decisions, one at a time. ________ Jason Gattis began his weight loss journey 12 years ago, when at the age of 30, realized metabolism changes with age. Where he had always been the “tall skinny kid,” after 3 years of late nightDunkin Donuts while attending seminary, the skinny had disappeared and given way to an overweight lifestyle that created low energy, low self-esteem, high cholesterol and sleep habits that worried his wife. For a guy who had never needed exercise before, it was now a life saving priority. Over the next year that began with 10 minutes on an elliptical and ended with his first 5K, Jason dropped 50 pounds and got his life back and keeping it off.  Today, healthy living and exercise is not just a part of his lifestyle, but a part of his ministry as a United Methodist pastor. “Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.” - Apostle Paul Jason is excited about joining Get Fit Seymour as an assistant coach to his wife, Amy. Master Paul Knight Instructor Master Knight has long been passionate about all forms ofself-defense and is determined to share his hard earned knowledge with anyone so that they may in turn learn from his experiences.
